Roasted Almonds

Roasted almonds in the oven

are one of my favorite foods! I LOVE them! I roast them often and are one of my favorite snacks. Perfect for UNI. 🙂 I buy them raw, usually in 1kg bags, and roast them at home!! And there you have it – a delicious healthy snack (in moderation) that you easily made yourself. It is so simple yet so tasty. 🙂

Almonds are a superfood and are high in antioxidants and full of beneficial fats that raise good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol.

How to:

1. Turn oven on 150 degrees Celsius.
2. Spread the almonds on a baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until you can smell this nutty aroma from the oven.
3. Let them cool completely before you serve them.
– Trust me, they are addictive 🙂
